I gotta say, RamonaRidge Appliance Repair really came through for me on a thermostat issue. Found them with a quick online search—just typed in Termostat Repair and bam, there they were. Scheduling was a breeze, even got someone over the next day here in San Diego Country Estates.
The tech, super chill and knew his stuff. Didn’t waste time, got straight down to business checking out my thermostat. Turns out, it was a wiring issue. Can’t say I understood all the techy bits, but he explained it well enough for me to know it wasn't good. Fixed it up in no time, double-checked everything, and made sure it was all set before heading out.
What I appreciated the most? The honesty and no nonsense attitude. Didn’t try to upsell me stuff I didn’t need. Mentioned a couple of things to keep an eye on, which was cool and helpful. Now, my house is back to being cozy or cool, just how we like it.
